The traditional Latin Mass movement has gradually been demonstrating a burgeoning interest in the three ages of the spiritual life. This is because the three stages represent the true traditional spiritual path passed down over two thousand years. It is the most efficacious teaching which the Church possesses to make the Earthly City resemble the Heavenly Jerusalem. As such, after encouragement from traditionally ordained priests, and after validations from priests, theologians, professors, and bishops, this work has been produced to act as a conduit, and traditional teaching, which takes large mystical theological tomes, the works of the saints, Doctors of the Church, scripture, and the Church Fathers, and summarises them into a salutary and understandable guide. It goes into more areas than anything so far produced in the mainstream Church, whilst still being succinct and eminently readable. The Three Stages and Three Conversions of the Spiritual Life are more than just a spiritual teaching. This is because it teaches us how to restore the Divine Order. The Divine Order supersedes all orders. It heals man's imperfection and replaces it with God's perfection. Schism, and more recently confusion, have come about within the Church; and worldwide the original perfection has been replaced by that which was not in the original design. This has caused a crisis within the Church, the world, and the family. This Divine Order was created by God and involves all baptised Catholics practicing 'the way of perfection'. It is the spirituality of the Church in which all spiritualities are contained. This perfect order can be formed in all those who wish to co-operate with actual and sanctifying grace, so that the perfection of charity can be practiced more abundantly throughout the world. It efficaciously draws the Church deeper into true apostolic activity, so as to follow Christ with one mind, one heart, and one mission, from the beginning to the end. We thus hear the words of Our Lord, 'Be you perfect as your Heavenly Father is perfect' (Matthew 5:48)*. The antidote to the current crisis in the Church is to state that the future vigour and vitality of the Catholic Church lies in the Three Stages and Conversions of the Spiritual Life. Only here do we discover an intrinsic formation in the Divine Order of Christian perfection, which above all leads us to the perfection of Charity, as is requested of all baptised Catholics. The three stages of the spiritual life is not only a burgeoning interest of the Traditional Latin Mass movement, but is also the future of this movement. As such, it is salutary that the traditional Mass is aligned with that 2000 year old Spiritual Tradito that is professed by the Doctors of the Church, and is enshrined forever in the Summa Theologica . "Therefore be ye perfect as your Heavenly Father is perfect' (Matt. 5:48).
