This two-disc Ministry of Sound compilation appears to be a decent way to get acclimated to dubstep and its offshoots. While there are some damp squibs and puzzling inclusions, several cuts -- including Joker and Ginz's "Purple City," the Skream mix of the Bug's "Poison Dart," Mala's "Changes," Joy Orbison's "Hyph Mngo," and Martyn's mix of TRG's "Broken Heart" -- are among the form's most creative and energizing moments. But the mixing lacks finesse, and some listeners may be dismayed by the anonymous DJ's tempo ...
