Amazing book!
If you're looking for answers into why you seem to struggle with things like accomplishing goals, treating others kindly, loving yourself, and more than this book is for you. It has explained so many things about myself that I've always wondered about but never been able to put into words and truly recognize before. Through reading it I've been empowered to really start changing my behaviors because I finally recognize the root causes of the things I do. Highly recommend it to everyone and bought three other copies for my mom and sisters!
