Spratling's life in Taxco, Mexico (1929-1967) and career as an artist working with silver. Spratling was an artist, architect, writer and collector of Mexican folk art and earlier pre-Columbian artifacts. His friends included William Faulkner, Diego Rivera, Miguel Covarrubias and numerous other writers, artists, and actors. Much of his art work is shown and discussed.
