Life works in funny ways, but it always works out just the way it's supposed to. When I met my husband, Bryn, I knew that I had found someone to support that dream as he dreamt of being a father the very same. Our dream proved to be a bit more challenging than we thought when we both went through our own separate cancer diagnosis' only one year apart. After finding out that my husband could not have biological children, our search for a donor began. I understand that this story may not be relatable to every partner or parenting scenario. It is our story that I wrote to hopefully read to our children one day, not knowing if I would ever share it with the world.
