Ghosts, POW barracks, forts, glue factories, hospitals, gambling casinos, the Big Dig, and burning waste are all part of their history. This busy harbor is open to other countries and a prime target for drug smugglers. The United States Coast Guard's job is a complicated and dangerous one. They are modern day heroes.
