Geared towards young naturalists
Unfortunately, I bought this book expecting it to be a good research source - wow was I ever wrong! That being said though, it's a beautifully illustrated twenty-something page book with 35 photos (one on the outside cover). I just had no idea that it was so small and geared towards children. I'll freely admit that it's my own fault for not having done a better job of researching the book's size before purchasing! The best way I can put it is that it would be terrific for young/budding naturalists interested in sea slugs. The book is so small in fact, that it doesn't even have page numbers, an index, or table of contents. It's very basic, entry-level information. Perhaps it's not the book I personally had hoped for, but it would be good for young readers interested in these beautiful little creatures.
