Seller's Description:
Good in Good jacket. 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" First edition. Pages clean; binding tight; edge-chipping & moderate wear to dustjacket. 259 pages. Illustrated. Detailed scans available upon request. Lord Russell's classic account of Nazi atrocities.
A chronicle of the horrific, inhuman crimes and atrocities perpetrated by the Nazi military against civilians and soldiers alike. Nothing "new" here for anyone well-read about WW II, but this focuses the crimes in a way other books about the war may not. A good introduction to the horrors of WW II for "newcomers" to the subject. (I read this book when I was about 13 and could not believe stuff like what was described actually took place!)
