He is tremendously in earnest, full of enthusiasm, bubbling over with mental life and spirits and must be counted as a dynamic force. Mental Judge Lindsey's type of face shows a Endowment high state of human evolution. The frontal lobe of the brain is highly developed. All the brain in the front part of the head is ample; the intellectual powers of analysis and intuition are unusual. He is as intuitive as any high type of woman; and this intuition is backed up by a very critical nature. He gets into things and problems both intuitively and critically, without having to go through the routine of examining all the facts. He has a very active and strong imagination; he can foresee conditions and situations. He is an analytical and deductive reasoner. Only by schooling himself to observe facts will the Judge be able to avoid being too theoretical, too imaginative; only thus will he prevent his mental life and his feelings from being biased by intuitions and snap shot judgments. He is highly sensitive to his surroundings, and very readily takes on the conditions and states of feelings of those about him.
