This work, also known as Munk's Roll, is a series of biographical entries of the Fellows of the Royal College of Physicians. The Royal College of Physicians is a professional body of people in Britain, focussing on improving the practice of medicine. It was founded in 1518. Volume I, looking at 1518 to 1700. Volume II, looking at 1701 to 1800. Volume III, looking at 1801 to 1826. Volume IV, looking at 1826 to 1925. This volume is a later print, being published in 1955. These volumes look at eminent figures such as Henry Atkins, Oliver Horseman, Daniel Coxe, Peter Hooke, Edward Wallis, William Burnett, Charles Dalston Nevinson, Charles Hardy, James Barry Ball, James Edward Pollock, and many more.
