A good book to review the good book. Basic general readable history of Bible scripture sources, and where, who and how they developed through time. Also a good review of the different religious movements in the US over time and the commercial "selling" of religion and the Bible.
Highly recommend for those of us who are still searching and questioning the concept that the Bible is absolutely God's perfect word and is not in error in any and all respects.
