This is a delightful story, presented from an unusual angle. The story takes place in England, and is about four children who befriend an American prisoner of war. The "Reb" is in the custody of the children's uncle, who is bitter against the prisoner because he (Uncle Lawrence) was a close friend of Major Andre. The story has many humorous incidents and is a book that I would highly recommend.
