Although the idea of the writer was to share only general clues on conducting a home inspection, many important issues were nonetheless forgotten to be included. There is no such thing as "idiot's guide" when it comes to covering as many aspects in a formal home inspection. Many ideas brought about in the book were so obvious that anyone with a little piece of common sense can also learn about them without reading the book. The real life might not be so simple. In short, not worthy the book's price.
