I really stepped out and followed the vitamin portion of this plan. Also did eat more fish as well but not what was told to do in the book. I can say that I have noticed less wrinkles. Esp in my smile lines and also on of all places between my eyes (eyebrow area) WOW. Even my husband noticed & I did not tell him what I was doing when I started this just to see if it worked.!
