A very good copy in a very good mylar protected DJ. 1963 reprint (with no additional printings listed) of the 1st edition published in 1932 by the Sonora Press, San Francisco, under the title: The Padre on horseback, a sketch of Eusebio Francisco Kino, S.J., apostle to the Pimas. DJ has general wear, rubbing, minor chipping and some small closed tears. DJ has some minor age foxing stains to the DJ edge folds. Book has some light foxing to the top page block, the front and back endpapers and paste-downs. Overall, still a solid copy with tight binding and no names or inscriptions. Illustrated. 8vo; 90 pages.
