Genetic genealogy and improved archaeological method changes the history of Ireland's past every year. This is a good and reasonable book that has taken the ancient Celtic movements throughout Europe and has determined what is meant by being a "Celt". Another book based more on genetic genealogy has just been released ("Blood of the Celts" by Jean Manco) as well and these two books pretty much agree with each other so if you want to keep up to date, I recommend this book.
