Fantastic detailed and easy to read overview of the history of the discovery and development of radar from it's very roots.Enough science detail clearly explained to make it understandable and give one a richer grasp on the hows and whys and the fascinating technical problems that had to be overcome.Yet not the usual stodgy history or overwhelming exercise in math speak.A great overveiw for the average joe .Still just as interesting to me now as it probably was back in 1962 when it came out.Highly recommended.
