Pages crisp and clean except for a faint pencil ghost and a very small abrasion on the front endpapers, a band of adhesion along the bound edges of the rear endpapers, and conspicuous age-toning in the margins throughout; binding is square and secure, hard cover moderately faded and rubbed at the spine ends and also faded around the head edges, otherwise excellent. Dustjacket bears a neatly closed tear with two light attendant creases at the top right front corner, mild fading along the spine, a few short, shallow creases and a few spots of edgewear around the top and bottom, particularly at corners and spine heel, and moderate toning on the rear panel and edges of interior flaps, otherwise clean and attractive, unclipped, now protected in a clear sleeve. 245pp.; Signed by Author.
