Condensed into short, easy-to-understand statements of fact. Culled from the greatest minds throughout world history. With some insights added from a guy who's over 50 years old! The great thing about this book is: it works for everything! Personal. Business. Home. Love. Work. Friends. Careers. Relationships. Kids. Parents. Neighbors. School. Buying. Selling. Owning. Everything. I purposely kept all the advice contained herein generic. So that it would work in a myriad of situations. If you're confronted with an issue you don't think is covered, re-read this book. You just might find several scraps that you can apply to your current crisis. Got a little problem? Even if an obvious answer won't or can't work, just the simple exercise of considering it opens your mind up to many new possibilities. You feel freedom. That's a good feeling to have while you're trying to solve a problem or create an opportunity or explore a new idea. This process often leads to finding or creating a different, perhaps even better, approach to your situation. These fresh concepts now move to the front of your mind, where you can do something with them. You don't know how many times someone has said "That's stupid!" as their initial reaction to an obvious answer; only to have that same person say weeks later, sometimes months later, "Hey, that thing you said about the thing I had going on then... well, uh, it worked out. Thanks." What I'd like to say at that point is: "Loser." But that seems a little harsh. So I quietly nod and thank them for acknowledging the brilliance of the insights contained herein. My sincere hope is that it works for you, too.
