This goes a step beyond the basic gluten free cookbook. While I treasure, and use, my GF bread cookbooks, I love having a cookbook with recipes I can make for family and company that are delicious (as well as gluten free)--sauces, chowders, entrees, desserts, casseroles, and snacks. I LOVE this cookbook!

Great book!
I have had a copy of this book for several years, and just purchased this copy for a friend who has just found out she is gluten-allergic. It is a well written, easy-to-follow cookbook, and I would recommend it to anyone, not just those who MUST be gluten-free.
