Excellent, comprehensive coverage of nutrition in terms of body systems (circulatory, immune, etc.) and in terms of specific illnesses like cancer, allergies, obesity, and so on. This book is very easy to read and very practical. It provides many tables and charts, e.g., vitamin and mineral dosages and "test scores for cardiovascular health."
