The Prison Break

This is a great book to get if you want a whole bunch of heroes in one book like Spider-Man and Captain America. The book first starts out with Electro given some money to break out some people from prison. Then you see Daredevil, Spider-Woman, Luke Cage, and Mr. Fisk coming to the prison to talk to the superhero Sentry. The whole place loses power and the super vilians kick the snot out the superheroes and the rest of the book is getting back the rest of the villians and forming the New Avengers.
This was a great book leading up to the forming of the Avengers and the next chapter of them. This is a great book to read and has a lot of fan favorite superheroes.
