When I found this book I was sceptical but curious. I got half way through the first chapter and I was so thrilled already that I bought more copies for family and friends. I love how Rocco breaks everything down and makes it easy to understand. The recipes are all incredible, even the smoothie section. I have never enjoyed a smoothie before. Now I enjoy one every day. The meal plan he created is outstanding. It has been an incredible life changing way to eat healthy without feeling deprived. I have never been so completely satisfied with my food life before. This book has changed my life and the lives of others I gave this book to. So far I lost 50 pounds in the few months since using it. My body is no longer aching like it always had for years. There is such a huge variety of recipes I never get bored making and enjoying meals. I have made many of these recipes for others and everyone loves the food as much as me.
