Good fundamentals
This book provides a solid intro to the basics. If you are just starting out or thinking about getting started, then go ahead and buy this book. But be warned: even though the subtitle suggests it is a ?success kit? it is nothing more than the basics. So, if you are a practicing mortgage or loan originator, then you may want to pass on this book.
