Fine in Near Fine/Fine jacket. 8vo., 138pp. Beautiful First Edition, First Printing with full number sequence, of this posthumously published novel. Bound in 1/4 greenish-blue cloth over maroon paper-covered boards with spine titles in gilt. Arbor House logo blind-stamped on front board. Square, tight, and clean throughout with little or no wear. Perhaps a touch of softness to the spine ends but barely. Equally attractive unclipped dust-jacket, ($14.95), has a hint of wear at the front top tip and a few spots of soiling on the rear panel. Still fresh and bright with no chipping or tears. A very pretty collectable copy and surprisingly uncommon, particularly in such high-grade condition.
