The book was a waste of money. I realized that the information in free on the internet. Vague and not specific. It was not easy to follow and I could not determine how much vitamin K to take with each 10,000 IU of vitamin D. I found out how much by looking online. Also the place he recommended to get the supplements was a waste. I went on the website listed in the book and had to send an email to the company. After a few days got a response that they only sell bulk, like too much for my personal needs.
