Excellent book
This book provides information needed to begin and maintain low-carbohydrate eating habits for a lifetime for many whose bodies do not deal well with high-carbohydrate, low-fat diets. The book provides recipes for breads, waffles, pancakes, cookies, pies, etc.--all of the goodies that those on a low-carbohydrate eating plan used to have to do without. Ms. Solom gives one the tools to enjoy, not endure, low-carbohydrate eating.
