The obligations imposed by the section are--(1) To keep lists showing the names and addresses of all persons directly employed (e), either as workmen or as contractors, in the business of the factory or workshop, outside the factory or workshop, and the places where they are employed. These lists must be kept open to inspection by the inspector, or by any officer duly authorised by the district council. The lists must be kept in the prescribed form and manner, and with the prescribed particulars. The form prescribed is as follows: --Factory, Workshop, or ) Full Postal Address Place from which the r Business work is given out.
