Through a series of semi-structured interviews, primary and secondary sources, the book harnesses the dynamic interplay between the disciplines of International Relations and Law. It claims that by attempting to uphold the rule of law and promote both economic and non-economic forms of the second generation regional integration, the CCJ aims to inculcate a sense of obligation among member states to uphold both economic agreements and non-economic community rights and values.
