The agreements and disagreements, even among allies, are sometimes lost in the haze of the past.. This account sheds light on personalities and issues known usually only to specialists. One sees once again how complex and sometimes arbitrary prosecuting a war can be. This is a well-written account of difficult and dangerous times and of the complex personalities who made the decisions.

Washington Exposed
If you want to read about what else goes on in Washington DC and whose in bed with whom, this is it. It also gives you a lot on the American and British spy networks during WW II and a peek into the wartime White House.
