I wanted to reach women like myself. Women who are so focused on survival we forget to address our mental health. We endure so much, and the world expects us to keep going. I hope sharing my story will inspire someone to seek help. That it's ok not to have all the answers, it's ok to fall apart when life gets you down. What's not ok, is continuing to stay down once you've fallen. It's not ok to live life without purpose. To live is to love. We must first learn to love ourselves in order to live.
