New take on an old problem
Insulin resistance causes weight gain, food binging, hunger and lots of other health problems. Many diets out there require such a severe cutback on carbs that it is hard to maintain the diet. This book says if you link and balance your proteins and carbs and you can eat almost anything. There are very helpful restaurant eating guides so you know what to order when you go out. A great mix and match chart helps you have a great breakfast. I am eating more now and am never hungry, but have lost 7 pounds so far. Recommended it to my daughter and she has lost 10.
