He was best known as an art and music critic. He wrote many architectural works, particularly on the baroque style. In publisher's cloth binding with paper spine label. Externally, generally smart. Bumping to the extremities. Patches of rubbing to the spine label. Rubbing to the extremities and to the head and tail of spine. Offsetting to endpapers. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright with spots to endpapers. Otherwise, just the occasional spots. Very Good.
