Even with their combined knowledge, it was enormously challenging to navigate treatments, side effects, decisions, communication, emotions, remaining time, end-of-life preferences, their final goodbye, and Jennifer's survivorship. Jennifer began journaling and creating collages and tableaus during her husband's illness as a form of self-care.
