If no tomatoes are planted-- nor recipes tried The pictures alone are worth owning thts book Two pages in full color show many of the heirloom - the back of the book lists many many more - listed by color - from red to green to yellow to white and black - also tomatoes by size another chapter is devoted to growing - discusses soil and all that goes with soil and growing - also diseases resources at the back - lists many companies selling heirloom tomatoes - websites - phone numbers and mail addresses the recipes are not difficult and have ingredients we all have - or can be substituted (my option) it's just a beautiful book - I haven't seen another quite like this book I'm delighted I found it!
