Ffep has one small stain in the upper corner, but all other pages are clean, bright, and unmarked. Binding is tight and sound. Dust jacket is clean on the outside with only light edge wear (mostly creases and one or two tiny tears). Inside of dust jacket has two stains. I have read The Heaven Tree 3 times. It has never bored me. I am an enthusiastic reader of anything by Edith Pargeter. Her mysteries are marvelous (Ellis Peters).
