I read this book when it first came out and was amazed at how accurate the authors were in describing why the law is so toxic. Almost everything they wrote rang true to me, a lawyer for almost 40 years. They have great advice for law students, law schools, lawyers and law firms for making the law less stressful and making lawyers and staff happier, more creative and more productive. I was so impressed that I have had Nancy Linder come to speak to sold-out audiences of lawyers in Arizona. She is a great speaker. I buy copies of the books to give to my employees to read.
