This is the Best Health Book that I have come across. When I was researching herbs to be used instead of 'Doctor 's Medicine", I hesitated in believing what my research was showing, it sounded too good to be true.
I eventually spoke to my friend's 84 year old Mother about the use of herbs and such, she went and took the same book out of her bookcase and said to me, this book will direct you to better health with no side effects.
It has all the diseases that commonly plagues our society today with herbs that are easy to access.
Perfect for her for almost a century and still is for me now in 2012.
