Confusing and Unclear
Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he'll eat for a lifetime. I think Ms. Jamieson's intent was to teach how to eat this detox diet. However, instead of teaching how "to fish", she told about why she started and what happens when you eat "the fish". However, I felt she wasn't consistent. She will say that somethings are bad and should be avoided, then use them in her recipes. Example, both sugar and products containing gluten. She really doesn't provide clear directions on how to go about with the diet either. On the up side, the recipes are delicious. A little above my culinary skill, but it's been good to try to push myself in the kitchen and learn some new things.
