The United States is a leading Nation in the world and now it is time for the United States to demonstrate that international law indeed means some thing and that the right of our citizens to be free from government sponsored torture and killing will be enforced. Again, Senator, I thank you very much for the opportunity and commend you for having the hearing and wish you good fortune on adopting some form of legislation.
