And he continued to do that when opportunities presented themselves and from the platform that he knows best, namely the pulpit. Through this publication, the contents of his sermons become available to a broader audience. These sermons have meaning for all of us. To students, they teach us how to interface the context of the Biblical text with the contemporary context in order to give meaning to our existence now. To pastors and preachers, they illustrate how to dialogue with the text in order to extract from it the fullest potential and wealth of meaning contained in it.
