This is an excellent book.

The dream section of the book is true.
Before I go to bed, I recap the day and say thanks, to whatever creator I believe in, and I analyze problems and situations that happened and think about amending them. That night, I always have powerful vivid dreams and I wake up and write them down. It really works, this is how to remember dreams and keep your conciousness working even when you sleep.

There is very valuable information in this book, I highly recommend it.
