III. cap. 52; and except Wine of the dominions of the Great Duke of Tuscany, in open flasks; and also excepting Wine of Turkey or any part of the Levant Sea, which may be imported in the same manner as it has usually been imported.--cannot be imported in less packages than such as are esteemed hogsheads, capable of containing--(Madeira 50 to 55 galls.
