No home should be without this book! I have received priceless, life-saving information from this book and I plan on purchasing several more to give as Christmas gifts. I can't praise it's worth enough! If I seem excited - I am! My 41 year-old husband lives in a nursing home where there are NUMEROUS opportunities for viral, bacterial & fungal infections. I have followed the instructions given in this book and I am happy to report that he has been "infection free" and eluded the hospital for many months now - even while everyone around him has contracted pneumonia, influenza, bronchitis, MRSA, sepsis, etc. If you want a natural approach to wellness - this is the book to have! This is one of the most important finds for me this year. This book gives you understanding of how important Oil of Oregano P73 is for so many health issues. It does what it says it will do. I keep a travel size in my purse and a bottle at the house. In this book, Dr. Ingram not only gives vital information but lists many illnesses and how to use the products. This takes the guess work out of what to do and how to use it. So many of our problems are fungal based and this will give so much help in that area. It is a book you will refer back to over and over again. A must for everyone who is interested in dealing with a problem naturally. You will love this book and the others Dr. Ingram has written. I would never be without this book in my library.
