I am desperately trying to read this book but get an eye-strain headache immediately. I've bought two different page magnifiers with and without lights, but then I have to hold the light and hold the book and can't keep them steady long enough to start having a good read. I gave up after 20 pages, which I hardly remember because of the impossible-to-read print. It's tiny - almost like footnote size print. And it is faded. If it was nice clear black on white, it would likely be okay. What a waste of my money buying this useless volume. It's probably a good read, if I could read it!! I wouldn't recommend this issue. Don't know about any of the others.

Another great read
The "Who Done It" held me captive for the duration of the read. The private investigator just keeps trucking alone, and at the end comes up with a surprising finish.

very good book
This is one of the better books I have read in a long time. Knowing who the real author is made is easier to critique.

Brings back the classic PI tale
I'm a big mystery reader but only of well-written ones and I favor the old-time lone man or woman doing the legwork. I was skeptical of J.K. Rowling's ability to pull this off, talented as she is, but in a totally different genre, but she does it! Her PI is full-dimensional, a character you care about and he's trying to solve a mystery in London that pulls you in. Full-bodied characters, wit, careful plotting and a satisfying ending. What more can we ask for?

Good book
This book has a really good story to it, but there are a lot of moments while I was reading that I thought "Oh geez, yes this is definitely J.K. Rowling because it's so wordy" (For those of you that aren't aware Robert Galbraith is a pseudonym J.K. Rowling used)
Other than some wordy parts that made it sluggish it was a great story.
