Action? No. Enter the confused mind of Laura. She drifts off into asides ... As in. Laura enters the house. Then she thinks about. Or is reminded of... This useless pointless drivel will go on for pages. Laura's mind is not right but her confusion leads nowhere. And so on. Author applied this. Nonsense throughout book until reader accidentally comes onto page 250. And the writer gives some clues. A little action and maybe a real story. I cannot help but think no one read this book before it was published. What's with the editors?
