Spices and Regional Flavors
I like to grind (coffee grinder) and mix my own spices for curries. I always modify the ingredients and cooking methods in any recipe to meet my personal diet standards. The various spice combinations in this book have been very useful to me for this purpose. It seems to be authentic Indian fare. The book is also easy to use and not overwhelming. Regions and cultures within India are represented with historical and geographical information, as well as photos.
