Good lecture
It is a nice book, however some of the exercises look too easy to believe that they could do any good to thebody.
It is a nice lecture and it can help you in a certain way.

After reviewing and purchasing many self healing books I was skeptical about this particular set of self healing books. Afetr reading the first few chapters boy was I surprised at the angle that this author had approached with regards to western lifestyle and the causes of many of the ailments we see around us. Perhaps one of the most surprising observations I read in this masterpiece is that we drink too much water WHAT I thought to myself everyday we are being bombarded about how we are not drinking enough water but the author explains that our kidneys can only filter 6 cups a day. As I read on this book has reprogrammed almost 90% of my beliefs on diet and exercise and he backs these observations up with solid proof. Buy this book now if you cherish your health.

Wow!! Great book
I couldn't wait to get this book. I had read some good reveiws about it and they were right. The book is hardback which is a bonus. There are 224 pages and every one of them keeps your gripped. Its very hard to put down once you start reading. There are simple diagrams showing you each exercise to do and a discription. They are so easy to follow. It is quite suprising that simple breathing exercises can do so much for you. Some of the exercises require you to use your mind as well as your body but if you read the whole book before you begin using the exercises and pick yourself a few and do them everyday you will be suprised at how much better you feel after only a few weeks. This book can teach you all you need to know to keep you well and full of energy. Its a must have for every bookshelf. This is just one of the books by Stephen T Chang. I now own most of them which i can say are all just as good. They are books i will refer to again and again and treasure for a long time.
