Boards are missing top 1/2" of spine cover, bottom has 1/2" high tear at spine corners, and corners are rubbed through. Inside front board and first page have ink inscription (1926) and previous owner's name, plus six christmas stickers. Pages are very tan but text is clear. Binding is tight.
