I purchased this for a friend who's diabetic. I was going to be doing the cooking for a week and diabetics need to have a carb count. This book has that, for each recipe, and its recipes are so good I got a second copy for myself. I don't need the carb count, but making meals that are this healthful and satisfying felt great - and I'm continuing to eat more vegetables than ever. It's easy with such simple and delicious recipes!
